The length of time varies per person. We will continuously check-in to see how you feel that you are progressing with your goals.

Many people avoid therapy and insight work specifically due to the feeling that they may do more harm to themselves by addressing their fears. Together, we will help you develop the skills and consciousness to address the issues you want to safely so that you can shift your energy from surviving to thriving.
